This is delivered by a 10 minute training video & worksheets and supported by email, social media and job board campaign.

Introduction to Company

These videos are custom made about your business, we interview current apprentice and graduates to talk about what they do in the organisations and how they got there. We help you illuminate why you are a great company to work for and educate young people on what you do and what you have to offer.

Learning Hubs

We have four learning hubs focused on different skills areas Employability, Digital & Tech, Financial Literacy & Student Wellbeing.

This learning is delivered via online courses and workshops and helps young people best prepare to transition from education to independence.

By working with us on our current learning hubs or building new ones, you can align your brand with upskilling future talent around key development areas.

Candidate Attraction

Supporting our education and engage content we also offer candidate attraction solutions. You can advertise positions on our job board, promote roles & events via our email marketing solutions and also work with us across our TikTok channel to source candiates.
