CEO and Founder
Founder and CEO of YourGamePlan, Danny is a golf enthusiast with 16 years spent in media across London and New York. Stemming from own experience of leaving school feeling unprepared, YGP was created to help young people be ready and confident when they step out into the world.
John Zafar
Chairman
John is a twenty-five year board veteran having worked with founders and investors as a CEO, NED & Chairman.
In more recent years, he has become increasingly involved in mission-led, profit-for-purpose companies that have a demonstrable and positive impact upon society, including Your Game Plan.
Sam Smith
Board Advisor
Sam is an entrepreneur and was the founder and ceo of finnCap Group plc , a financial advisory business for growth companies, for 24 years. She is now a NED on a number of high growth companies and a passionate supporter of entrepreneurship on the curriculum and inclusive culture.
Tim Campbell
Board Advisor
Tim is a Marketing Executive and Strategic Advisor having been the CMO and Regional Head of Africa for global financial services education and proprietary trading businesses.
Having established a ground-breaking charitable foundation, recently returned as an advisor on the BBC TV show The Apprentice and currently chairing an outstanding school board, Tim is passionate about empowering the next generation of talent in fulfilling their potential. Having been awarded an MBE in 2012 for his services to Enterprise Culture, Tim currently splits his time between family, advising a global talent acquisition business’s strategic Diversity and Inclusion efforts, his own consultancy, public speaking and investments in the leisure and A.I. sector.
Robert Barker
CFO
Rob is a qualified accountant with over 35 years’ experience providing commercial accounting services within a number of industries including recruitment, recycling, haulage and manufacturing. His speciality is a commercial approach to providing businesses with useful information for decision making and problem solving.
Asher Silverman
Director of Education & Partnerships
Asher runs all things education and partnerships at YourGamePlan. He drives our mission to unlock the potential of our students and ensures all students get to use (and love) YourGamePlan
Kelly Norrington
Head of Operations
Kelly is a first-class generalist which has served her well in her 12+ years in operations and educational project change. Her chocolate brownies are reported to be the best in town as are her multi-coloured checklists.
Trianna Lewis
Marketing
Trianna’s flair for creativity landed her in charge of YGP’s social media presence. She is regularly seen eating Jamaican food, forcing her colleagues to act for Tik Tok content and staying on top of trending hashtags.
