National Interview Month provides 16,000 students with a 1-2-1 virtual interview with an industry professional, as well as supporting them to create their CV!
Each student and their parent/guardian will receive a tailored feedback report based on the Universal Skills Builder Framework.
Looking to take part as a volunteer?
All training and guidance is provided to ensure you have a brilliant experience with the students.
- Interviews run in 2.5 hour sessions: morning or afternoon
- You’ll meet 5 students per session for a 1-2-1 virtual interviews
Key information for schools/colleges:
National Interview Month runs 3rd February - 7th March 2025
- No interviews during half term (17-21 Feb)
Interviews take place on Tuesdays to Fridays each week
- Interviews are 30 mins
- Interviews run in time slots of 10 students (eg. 10 students at 9.30am)
- The Morning Session has 5 interview slots: 9.30am, 10am, 10.30am, 11am, 11.30am
- The Afternoon Session has 5 interview slots: 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm, 3pm
