The below form needs to be completed for your assigned spaces to be confirmed for YourGamePlan’s Interview Week.

Please note that for the last question, we ask that you provide a CSV of all students in your school (Year 7+), so all young people are granted access to our digital skills platform for free and can enter future events without needing to sign-up separately.
