Diversity and Inclusion

At ACCA, inclusion is one of our core values and is at the heart of everything we do.  We actively seek opportunities to remove artificial barriers to the accountancy profession and are proud to state that in 2021, 57% of our UK community identified themselves as female. To ensure our ACCA qualification is open for all, there are no minimum academic entry requirements in order for you to begin your studies. We also partner with several early careers organisations such as Your Game Plan, Teach First, Migrant Leaders and Access Accountancy to make sure we are always working towards a more diverse and inclusive profession

Entry routes to the profession
