We acknowledge that the school “we” will be given a day during the week to have the sessions, rather than be able to choose which day suits best We acknowledge that we will arrange for all participating children to come off timetable for at least half a lesson during that day We confirm that we have a suitable venue to receive the sessions online We confirm that we have suitable IT, capable of running Teams calls, with a minimum of 10 working devices with sound and video capacity. We confirm that we can appoint a project lead – who can go off timetable the whole day (we would advise this is SLT or CEIAG lead) We confirm that said project lead will attend an online information webinar We confirm that students will complete pre and post surveys for the programme We confirm that if accepted, we are unable to change pupil numbers We confirm that if accepted, we are unable to withdraw with fewer than 3 weeks before event starts We confirm that we are a state-funded organisation
